
Hot exhaust and
toxic gases discharged from power plants, steel mills, incineration
plants, refineries, petro-chemical plants are treated and channeled to
Cooling Towers to reduce temperature from 1200 Deg. C to 250 Deg.C or
below before discharge into the atmosphere.
To efficiently achieve this high temperature turn, we implement a
air+water atomisation systems to
drastically shorten the evaporation time, resulting in dry bottom
operation. The special lances design (air cooled) and the high efficient
nozzles reduce the lance maintenance and nozzles cleaning.
A sophisticated water regulation system coupled with proprietary rapid
temperature sensors provides a quick response to temperature variations
to achieve precise tower outlet gas temperatures.
Very efficient Fully Tested Control Software specially designed for
process with fast inlet gas temperature variation. It consists of the
following main regulation Loops:
Out Temperature regulation loop,
Compressed air regulation loop,
Enthalpy with and without gas flow measurement for fast transient conditions,
Pumps control, water filter control with predictive maintenance control
Lances sequence control
Alarms etc.
